Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipped topping

  • 12 pieces ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • optional chocolate shavings or coffee liqueur

Instructions

  • Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until light and creamy.
  • Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled coffee without soaking.
  • Layer cream, dipped ladyfingers, and more cream in cups.
  • Dust tops with cocoa powder.
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
