Instructions
Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped cream until light and creamy.
Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled coffee without soaking.
Layer cream, dipped ladyfingers, and more cream in cups.
Dust tops with cocoa powder.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
