Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay out large sheets of foil and add chicken, pineapple, vegetables, and onion.
Drizzle olive oil and teriyaki sauce over ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently.
Fold foil tightly to seal packets.
Place packets on baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Carefully open packets, stir, and serve.
Notes
