Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix cake ingredients until smooth. Pour into dish.
  • Stir cinnamon swirl ingredients and spoon over batter. Swirl gently.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
  • Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.

Notes

Serve warm for best flavor. Reheats well.
