Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes until set but fudgy.
