Ingredients

  • 29 oz canned peaches, drained with 1/2 cup juice reserved
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Drain the canned peaches, reserving about 1/2 cup of the juice.
  • Add the peaches and reserved juice to the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches. Add butter pieces and vanilla if using.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or on HIGH for 1–1 1/2 hours, stirring once if possible.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Serve warm on its own or over ice cream, cake, or yogurt. Adjust sugar to taste depending on the sweetness of the peaches.
