Instructions
Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until mixed.
Shape mixture into 4 to 6 patties and chill for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden.
Serve warm with lemon slices or yogurt-based sauce.
Notes
Chilling the patties before cooking helps them hold together and cook evenly.
