Instructions
Whisk sourdough starter, eggs, coconut oil, honey, and salt until smooth.
Gently stir in baking soda and allow the batter to foam.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat and pour batter into pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form and edges set, then flip.
Cook the second side until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Add baking soda just before cooking for maximum fluffiness.
