Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings until combined.
Shape mixture into oval patties and place in baking dish.
Whisk mushroom soup and milk until smooth, then pour over patties.
Cover with foil and bake 45–60 minutes until tender.
Notes
Bake covered to keep patties moist. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles for best results.
