Brown gravy mix (dry)

Baby potatoes, carrots, or onions
Instructions
Season the chuck roast with salt and black pepper and place at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Whisk together Italian, Ranch, and brown gravy mixes with 1 cup water. Pour over roast.
Arrange optional vegetables around the meat if using.
Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours until tender.
Occasionally baste roast with cooking liquid. Slice or shred and serve with gravy.
Notes
Optional: add baby potatoes, carrots, or onions for a complete meal.
