Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian seasoning mix (dry)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (dry)
  • 1 packet Brown gravy mix (dry)
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt & Black pepper
  • optional Baby potatoes, carrots, or onions

Instructions

  • Season the chuck roast with salt and black pepper and place at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together Italian, Ranch, and brown gravy mixes with 1 cup water. Pour over roast.
  • Arrange optional vegetables around the meat if using.
  • Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours until tender.
  • Occasionally baste roast with cooking liquid. Slice or shred and serve with gravy.

Notes

Optional: add baby potatoes, carrots, or onions for a complete meal.
