Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the cereal, crushed pretzels, and peanuts.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Let it set completely, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
For quick setting, refrigerate the tray for 20 minutes before breaking into pieces.
