Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 4 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 3 cups pretzel sticks, slightly crushed
  • 1.5 cups roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cereal, crushed pretzels, and peanuts.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Let it set completely, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

For quick setting, refrigerate the tray for 20 minutes before breaking into pieces.
