red bell pepper, diced

can tomatoes with green chiles, drained

can black beans, drained and rinsed

bag Cool Ranch Doritos

shredded Mexican blend cheese
Sour cream and salsa for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add onion and bell pepper and cook 3–4 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning and water or broth. Simmer 5–6 minutes.
Add tomatoes, black beans, and sour cream. Remove from heat.
Crush 1 cup Doritos and spread in bottom of dish.
Layer half the beef mixture, more crushed chips, and half the cheese.
Add remaining beef mixture, chips, and cheese.
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbling.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and toppings.
Notes
Top with sour cream, salsa, green onions, or hot sauce for serving.
