Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 3 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
  • 1/2 cup Salted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder (reduce to 2 tsp if using garlic salt)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  • Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a large bowl and toss biscuit pieces until coated.
  • Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the dish, sprinkle half of the cheese, add remaining biscuit pieces, and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Tent with foil if top browns too quickly. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy immediately for best results. Customize with bacon, herbs, or jalapeños if desired.
