Instructions
Wash, core, and dice the apples. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add grapes, celery, nuts, and dried fruit to the apples. Mix gently.
Whisk mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Chill before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Add nuts just before serving for extra crunch.
