Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup celery, chopped
  • 0.25 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Wash, core, and dice the apples. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Add grapes, celery, nuts, and dried fruit to the apples. Mix gently.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Add nuts just before serving for extra crunch.
