Ingredients

saltine or Ritz-style crackers (12 oz)

olive oil or avocado oil

Italian seasoning

crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place crackers in a large gallon-size zip-top bag.
Pour oil over crackers, seal the bag, and gently toss to coat evenly.
Add Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes. Reseal and toss gently until evenly distributed.
Let crackers rest for 8–12 hours, turning the bag occasionally to distribute seasoning.
Serve as-is or bake at 250°F for 15–20 minutes for a drier, crisp texture.
Notes
Adjust crushed red pepper flakes to control heat. Baking is optional for extra crunch.
