Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
Brown meatballs in olive oil over medium heat. Set aside.
Cook egg noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Spread noodles in baking dish. Top with meatballs.
Whisk broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cream. Pour over casserole.
Top with Swiss cheese. Cover and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Let rest before serving for best texture. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream.
