Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and egg until just combined.
Fold in cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and optional seasonings.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about three-quarters full.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly, remove from pan, and serve warm.
Notes
Use fully cooked sausage and drain well to avoid greasy muffins. These freeze and reheat well.
