Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place foil trays or baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet.
Pat chicken dry, cut into even pieces, season lightly, and arrange in a single layer.
Whisk soup, broth, garlic powder, and thyme. Pour sauce evenly over chicken.
Lightly moisten stuffing with hot broth and sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and stuffing is golden.
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Dry the chicken well before assembling. Moisten stuffing lightly to avoid mushiness. Use full-fat soup for best flavor.
