Ingredients

  • 1 lb uncooked sausage
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, well drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Drain Rotel well to avoid soggy balls. Optional: use hot sausage for extra heat. Serve with dipping sauces.
