Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, well drained

cream cheese, softened

Bisquick

shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Drain Rotel well to avoid soggy balls. Optional: use hot sausage for extra heat. Serve with dipping sauces.
