Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 strips bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and shallot in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve over greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.

Notes

For extra crunch, stir in a little fresh bacon right before serving.
