Instructions
Combine chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and shallot in a large bowl.
Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve over greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
Notes
For extra crunch, stir in a little fresh bacon right before serving.
