crushed pineapple, well drained

sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

rice vinegar

brown sugar

red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and stir until well mixed.
Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool completely before storing.
Notes
Sauce thickens as it cools. Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat level.
