Instructions
Divide ground beef into three patties and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, bacon, sugar, and relish until smooth.
Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side, layer cheese, beef patty, sauce, and more cheese. Top with bread.
Grill sandwiches butter-side down over medium heat until golden and crispy, flipping once.
Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
Cook over medium heat for best results and serve immediately while hot.
