Instructions
Brown ground beef with onion, carrots, and celery in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook briefly until fragrant.
Stir in beef broth and potatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add tomatoes, green beans, and corn. Simmer until heated through. Season to taste.
