Ingredients

mayonnaise

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine peas, crumbled bacon, red onion, and shredded cheddar.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the pea mixture and toss until everything is coated.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Can be made ahead and stored for up to 3 days.
