Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine peas, crumbled bacon, red onion, and shredded cheddar.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the pea mixture and toss until everything is coated.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Can be made ahead and stored for up to 3 days.
