Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Drain and chop spinach and artichokes. Mince garlic.
  • In a crock pot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, spinach, and artichokes. Stir until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 2–3 hours or High for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.

Notes

Squeeze excess water from spinach and artichokes to prevent watery dip. Can be kept warm in the crock pot for serving.
