Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz cans baked beans with bacon
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 5–6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine beans, ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Arrange diced bacon evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 60–90 minutes until bacon is crispy and the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or tang to taste. Add smoky paprika for extra depth.
