Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a square baking pan.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until just set.
Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, and milk to make icing.
Spread icing over warm slice, sprinkle with coconut, and let set before slicing.
Notes
Ice the slice while warm for best results. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
