Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lemon extract if using.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together. Gently fold into wet ingredients.
Spread batter evenly into prepared dish and bake for 16–18 minutes.
Cool completely. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and pour icing over blondies.
Notes
Cool completely before icing for best texture and clean slices.
