Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until just tender. Drain, rinse under cold water, and cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, celery, onion, red bell pepper, and sweet pickle relish.
In a separate bowl, whisk Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and celery seed until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over the vegetable mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
Fold in cooled macaroni until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Chill for best flavor. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
