potatoes, peeled and diced

cream of chicken soup

shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

butter, melted
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
Add the diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir gently to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese during the last 30 minutes until melted.
Notes
Stir once halfway through cooking for even creaminess. Add bacon bits or green onions for extra flavor.
