Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 0.5 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
