Instructions
Whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick.
Stir in the vanilla or almond extract if using.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to help the frosting set.
Spread or pipe onto fully cooled desserts.
