Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and cut a small pocket in each.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fill each chicken pocket with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Place chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
