Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and cut a small pocket in each.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each chicken pocket with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Place chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
