Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  • Mix flour, yogurt, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Knead gently until smooth.
  • Divide dough into 4–6 balls and flatten into discs.
  • Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Brush with butter or oil and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Adjust flour as needed for dough consistency.
