Ingredients

all-purpose flour

plain yogurt

baking soda

olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
Mix flour, yogurt, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Knead gently until smooth.
Divide dough into 4–6 balls and flatten into discs.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
Brush with butter or oil and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Adjust flour as needed for dough consistency.
