Instructions
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot surface.
Cook until bubbles form on top, flip, and cook until golden brown.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter to keep pancakes light and fluffy.
