Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips and sweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let set until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
