Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 square sweet chocolate

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and sweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  • Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let set until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
