Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, sweet relish, spicy mustard, dried thyme, and salt until smooth.
Chop lettuce, onion, eggs, and peppers.
Thaw and drain peas.
Layer lettuce, red onion, eggs, peppers, peas, and cheese in a large glass bowl.
Spread dressing evenly over the top.
Refrigerate until serving.
Toss the salad right before serving.
Notes
Keep the dressing on top until serving to maintain the layered presentation.
