Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  • Stir in half of the cherry pie filling.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and top with remaining cherries.
  • Sprinkle graham crackers and nuts (if using) on top.
  • Chill 30 minutes before serving.
