Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean mushrooms, remove stems, brush caps with olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, and seasoning.
Spoon filling generously into mushroom caps.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture. Avoid freezing for optimal results.
