Instructions
Place the salad greens in a large bowl.
Add mandarin oranges, nuts, dried fruit, and cheese if using.
Whisk olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately while fresh.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Add grilled chicken or shrimp to make it a full meal.
