powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
Stir in crushed pineapple and sour cream.
Gently fold in dry ingredients until combined.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
Notes
You can add shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture if desired.
