Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized florets.
Place the florets on a baking tray in a single layer.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Toss well to coat evenly.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking tray and always dry the cauliflower well.
