Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized florets.
  • Place the florets on a baking tray in a single layer.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking tray and always dry the cauliflower well.
