Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Combine chicken, rice, soup, broth, salt, and pepper in the baking dish.
Stir until evenly mixed, then cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil, add cheese, and bake 10 more minutes.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead and baked when needed. Leftovers reheat well.
