Instructions
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange frozen hash browns evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle cheese, ham, and green onions over the potatoes.
Whisk eggs, evaporated milk, garlic salt, and pepper together.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes if baking immediately.
If chilled, bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best texture, use frozen hash browns and whisk the egg mixture thoroughly.
