Ingredients

  • 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa until smooth.
  • Fill pasta shells with beef mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Great for meal prep and leftovers. Adjust spice level with your favorite salsa.
