taco seasoning

cream cheese

shredded taco blend cheese

minced garlic

salsa

chopped green onions
Instructions
Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa until smooth.
Fill pasta shells with beef mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Great for meal prep and leftovers. Adjust spice level with your favorite salsa.
