Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk for glaze

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Flatten bread slices, spread filling evenly, and roll tightly.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip roll-ups in egg mixture and cook in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle glaze over warm roll-ups.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. These roll-ups can be prepped ahead and cooked fresh.
