Instructions
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Flatten bread slices, spread filling evenly, and roll tightly.
Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
Dip roll-ups in egg mixture and cook in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides.
Mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle glaze over warm roll-ups.
Notes
