Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two round cake pans.
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Divide batter between pans and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread filling between cake layers.
Heat cream until warm. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Pour ganache over cake and let set before slicing.
Notes
Let the cake chill slightly before slicing for clean layers.
