Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Grease a microwave-safe dish or pan.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  • Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes or cook covered on low heat for 10–12 minutes.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
