Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup cream or milk
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
  • Melt butter or heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted, stirring often.
  • Pour in cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use milk instead of cream for a lighter version. Adjust seasoning after adding Parmesan.
