Instructions
Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
Melt butter or heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, stirring often.
Pour in cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Use milk instead of cream for a lighter version. Adjust seasoning after adding Parmesan.
