Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef broth and simmer.
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with provolone, and bake until bubbly.
  • Let rest briefly before serving.
