Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grilled corn kernels
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 3/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Whisk together sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch mix until smooth.
  • Spread the ranch mixture evenly in the bottom of a glass serving dish.
  • Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, green onions, corn, bacon, and bleu cheese in order.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Best chilled before serving. Pat tomatoes dry to keep layers crisp.
